Chicken Parm Baby!

I was inspired by Ethan's cooking posts, and my Mom's joy in seeing my pancake photos. So I was going to cook dinner for Rach and decided to document it.


Setting things up here.

Some egg and bread crumbs.

I like to fry it up a little before I bake it. And i pounded the chicken this time to tenderize it and flatten it a little.

Bake at 350 for about 25 min with some sauce and plenty of cheese.

And Waalaaa! Delicious!
