Jenny is here!!!

So my g/f Jenny who used to live here but now lives in downtown SLC (where she's soon to take over the triathlon scene *watch out Nat & Ethan, hehe**)....anyways..shes here visiting for 2 weeks.

She came over Saturday night with our other friends Annie & Gene, & cooked US dinner. Yea thats right, she flew across the pacific & we didn't even cook for her. BUT to our defense, she wanted to cook & she did a fantastic job!! She has become quite the chef-married life agrees with her!! =)

She made Honey Mustard Meat Loaf (DELICIOUS!!!!) with potatos & salad supplied by Annie & Gene. And for dessert we had brownies, yum!!



After dinner we played Girls vs. Boys in Cranium. I think they were cheating..thats the only reason I can come up with to explain why they beat us twice.

A good time was had by all!

Ko' Olina

It was Friday afternoon and Rach didn't want to just sit around (I did). So we went to Ko' Olina to sit on the beach, relax, and watch the sunset.

Rach wanted some GQ pics of me and this is what we got.

And then I noticed a heart in the clouds. I think it was my love for Rachel manefested in the sky.

On the way out we saw this sweet car. "I drive a CRX... IN MY CLOSET" (inside joke for Nat)

It was a nice end to the week. Rach would tell you it could have been better if I didnt get bored so quickly, and annoyed by the little kids running around. But it was good.

New Flip-Flops

Or shoud I say Slippers since we are in Hawaii? But anyways... we went shopping for new sandals and we saw these and Rach was like "Yea but they are like 30 bucks."

And then we noticed what was on the bottom on them.

Thats right...BOTTLE OPENERS on the bottom. I have to admit that the first trial run ended with me cleaning up a spill all over the kitchen floor. But they are both comfortable and practical. I like em.
