We picked up a pineapple cutting/coring device at the Dole Plantation a while back, and decided to put it to use yesterday.
First you gotta cut off the top of the pineapple.
Then you just screw the thing into the center of the pineapple.
I let Rach do it since she is so buff and could do it with ease.
When you get to the bottom you just pull it out and you have a perfect spiral cut around the core.
And when you are done it leaves a good amount of pure pineapple juice for you to enjoy.
